In this workshop while defining charcuterie you will get to taste an array of cheeses and meats; some locally produced and some imported. We will explain food pairings and balance as well as will teach how to create a visually balanced board. You will be making one of ROMA Charcuterie’s specialty cheeses and going home with a second recipe. You will be creating with us a charcuterie board that serves 4-6 to take home or enjoy while wine tasting after the workshop is over.
