Get ready to channel your inner musketeer! We are thrilled to have you join us at Thurston Wolfe Winery for an afternoon where the art of the blade meets the art of the vine.
Meet Your Instructor: You’re in expert hands! This session is hosted by our Assistant Winemaker, Chris Wright. Beyond his talent for crafting wine, Chris has years of experience in the world of fencing and is excited to share the fundamentals of the sport with you.
The Experience

The Lesson: Chris will guide you through the basics—from the “en garde” stance to precision bladework.

The Sip: Once the foils are tucked away, we’ll gather by the pond for a complimentary glass of our newly released Dr. Wolfe’s Family Red Blend or our popular PGV (Pinot Gris-Viognier Blend). Water will also be available to keep you hydrated.
What to Wear

Footwear: Athletic shoes or sneakers are required for safety (no sandals, heels, or boots).

Attire: Please wear flexible clothing (activewear or pants with stretch). Avoid skirts or restrictive denim.
Check-in: Please arrive at the Tasting Room 10–15 minutes early to get settled. We can’t wait to see you there!
